This project consists of a 120,000-square-foot facility in a portion of the existing northwest wing of building 3304 at NBSD.

The renovated building supports a variety of functions, including administration, conference, instruction, restrooms and both SIPR & NIPR telecomm capabilities. The project includes all pertinent site improvements and site preparations, mechanical and electrical utilities, excavation and grading, foundations, roofing, telecommunications, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems.
